Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including video lectures, written materials, coding exercises, and project templates, remain the intellectual property of CloudAdvanceSys. Students receive a limited license to access and use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

Students retain ownership of original code and projects they create during coursework, while CloudAdvanceSys maintains rights to course structure and instructional methodology.

Account Security and Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

Refund requests must be submitted within the first two weeks of program commencement. Refunds are processed according to our published refund policy, which considers completed coursework and accessed materials.

Technical Requirements and Platform Access

Students must have access to reliable internet connectivity and a computer capable of running modern development tools. We provide detailed technical requirements upon enrollment to ensure optimal learning experience.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Taiwan, where CloudAdvanceSys operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Taipei.

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage students to contact our support team to resolve concerns through direct communication.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the educational relationship with appropriate notice. Students may withdraw from programs according to our withdrawal policy, while CloudAdvanceSys reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, students retain access to completed coursework for a reasonable period to download personal projects and materials created during their enrollment.
